Belgian’s Nirvana Tribute band The Servants set a new industry standard last Friday. Their go on the legendary MTV Unplugged show by Nirvana in 1993 was everything a tribute to that special night needed to be.. intimate, exhilarating and deep. With decor reminding of the special setting at the Sony Studio’s with Stargazer Lily’s and black candles, all attendants were baffled with the unique vocal skills of stand in Kurt Cobain, Stain and the performance of the band so clearly stored in the collective mind. Fans were thrilled after the show, glad to have been experiencing a display so close to ‘the real deal’, presumably one of the biggest moments in contemporary Rock history.
